Online Orders
Selected items of jewellery from Stacey Whale's collections are available to buy online and can be purchased securely through Paypal. To find out more about Paypal please click on the following link www.paypal.com. Stacey Whale jewellery is often made to order and can take between 1-3 weeks to be made and dispatched. If you require a piece of jewellery sooner or need it for a specific date please contact us prior to ordering so that we can check our stock levels and/or discuss having the jewellery made to meet your deadline. Please note that colours may vary slightly from what appears on your computer screen.

Delivery
Delivery to UK addresses costs £7.95 and is delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery service, deliveries to Europe costs £20.00 and anywhere else in the world £30.00. Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be present. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
All jewellery purchased online is entitled to a full refund provided that notification of the return is received by us within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Returns must reach us within 7 days from the date of notification. We are unable to accept the return of any items that have been worn or damaged and please ensure that the jewellery is returned to us in the original Stacey Whale packaging. We do not accept responsibility for return postage fees or any items lost or stolen in transit while on their return. We recommend that you use an insured and secure delivery service which requires a signature for your own protection. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer and can not be refunded. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

Guarantee
All jewellery has a 1 year manufacturing guarantee. Repairs will be accepted free of charge if there is clearly a manufacturing fault within a 12 month period from the date on the sales receipt. Any repairs outside the 1 year guarantee will be charged a fee, price dependent on the work needed. Your guarantee is invalidated if care instructions have not been followed, if jewellery shows obvious signs of abuse or if jewellery has been clearly tampered with. To arrange a repair please notify us directly and we will advise you on how to proceed.
