Celebrating Triumph

Stacey Whale is the XIV Florence Biennale Jewellery Art and Design Gold Medal Winner, having won the 'Lorenzo il Magnifico' Gold Award for Jewellery Art and Design. Stacey says, "It was an incredible experience and an absolute honor to achieve such a distinguished accolade. There were 10 international judges, and one in particular stated, 'In a world that has produced so many necklaces, he had never seen anything like it before.' What an experience! I feel incredibly grateful for this recognition on the world stage, especially amongst such extraordinary talent."


Her thanks go out to the Italians, whose appreciation for art and design comes from centuries of phenomenal art history. With an innate ability to recognise creativity, shaped by generations of masterful craftsmanship, they celebrate talent and showcase artistic excellence with style. Their influence continues to set the standard for the world.

The Florence Biennale Jewellery Art and Design first prize gold medal winner, is a unique luxury gold and diamond fine jewellery necklace, was accompanied at the time of the exhibition by a five-piece jewellery collection consisting of the collar necklace, a ring, bangle, drop earrings, and a cuff, all designed in 18ct yellow gold and white diamonds, except for the cuff, which is designed in 18ct white gold and white diamonds. These are special pieces, with each one being unique and made to order.
